The City of Lawrence has issued a “Request for Proposals” for the Disposition of certain parcels of Real Estate as described below:

(Proposals are due by 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 24, 2009)

14-16 Bennett Street.  (Tax Map # 164, Lot 30).  This lot is approximately 4,500 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (I-2) Industrial Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $ 20,000.00  

The City of Lawrence will receive sealed Proposals for the joint sale of two abutting parcels located at 65 Bradford Street and 67 Bradford Street.  The subject properties combined are approximately 8,276 square feet as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) kit.  The City has established a minimum bid of $30,000.00.   
The subject properties are described as;
65 Bradford Street (Tax Map # 146, Lot 12).  This lot is approximately 4,356 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-3/R-4) Residential Zoning District.  
67 Bradford Street.  (Tax Map # 146, Lot 11).  This lot is approximately 3,920 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-3/R-4) Residential Zoning District.  

The City of Lawrence will receive sealed Proposals for the joint sale of two abutting parcels located at 449 Broadway and 453-457 Broadway.  The subject properties combined are approximately 9,200 square feet as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP) kit.  The City has established a minimum bid of $50,000.00.  
The subject properties are described as;
449 Broadway.  (Tax Map # 192, Lot 20).  This lot is approximately 4,200 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (B-2) Commercial Zoning District.  
453-457 Broadway.  (Tax Map # 192, Lot 19).  This lot is approximately 5,000 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (B-2) Commercial Zoning District.  

84 Dracut Street.  (Tax Map # 118, Lot 52).  This lot is approximately 5,000 square feet, consists of a one story wood structure and located in a (R-3/R-4)) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $35,000.00.

 55-57 Haverhill Street.  (Tax Map # 88, Lot 15).  This lot is approximately 1,628 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (B-2) Commercial Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $8,000.00.

197-203 Jackson Street.  (Tax Map # 109, Lot 80).  This lot is approximately 5,000 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $15,000.00.

211-213 Jackson Street.  (Tax Map # 109, Lot 78).  This lot is approximately 4,500 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $15,000.00.  

26-30 Milford Street.  (Tax Map # 88, Lot 57).  This lot is approximately 9,569 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-3/R-4) Residential Zoning District. The City has established a minimum bid of $45,000.00.
 
17-19 Pleasant Street.  (Tax Map # 68, Lot 13).  This lot is approximately 5,279 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $30,000.00.

50 Pleasant Street.  (Tax Map # 50, Lot 23).  This lot is approximately 40,000 square feet, consists of a two story brick and masonry school building, paved parking lot and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $200,000.00.

65-67 South Union Street.  (Tax Map # 82, Lot 47).  This lot is approximately 6,500 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (B-2) Commercial Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $23,000.00.  

98 Springfield Street.  (Tax Map # 82, Lot 40).  This lot is approximately 4,750 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-3/R-4) Residential Zoning District. The City has established a minimum bid of $20,000.00.
 
The City of Lawrence will receive sealed Proposals for the joint sale of two city-owned parcels located at 100 Summer Street and 55 Jackson Street.  The subject properties are described below.  Please see full property descriptions in the Request for Proposal (RFP) kit.  The City has established a minimum bid of $25,000.00.  
The subject properties are described as;
100 Summer Street.  (Tax Map # 107, Lot 47 & 48).  This lot is approximately 15,903 square feet, consists of a two story brick and masonry school building, paved parking lot and located in a (R-3/R-4) Residential Zoning District.

55 Jackson Street.  (Tax Map # 107, Lot 52).  This lot is approximately 6,500 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  
  
83-85 ? Tremont Street.  (Tax Map # 168, Lot 117).  This lot is approximately 2,460 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (B-2) Commercial Zoning District. The City has established a minimum bid of $6,000.00.

55 Warren Street.  (Tax Map # 187, Lot 119A).  This lot is approximately 6,070 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $15,000.00.

61 Warren Street.  (Tax Map # 187, Lot 119).  This lot is approximately 5,686 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-2) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $15,000.00.

31-35 West Street.  (Tax Map # 167 Lot 9).  This lot is approximately 5,000 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-3-R-4) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $15,000.00.

26 Whitman Street.  (Tax Map # 193 Lot 11).  This lot is approximately 5,500 square feet, consists of vacant land and located in a (R-3-R-4) Residential Zoning District.  The City has established a minimum bid of $30,000.00.  


The “Request for Proposal Kits” may be picked up at the Planning Department, 147 Haverhill Street, Lawrence, MA 01840.  All “Request for Proposal Kits” must be signed out in person.  (Proposals are due by 10:00 A.M.
